SEMTECH® HI-FLOW 3 is the latest addition to our Fugitive Methane family of products, developed for ATEX Zone 1 applications. It joins our SEMTECH® HI-FLOW 2 to provide robust, portable, battery powered, high volume sampling for the most accurate quantification of fugitive methane emissions. HI-FLOW 3 incorporates a suite of spectroscopy-based methane sensors combined with an integrated high-output sampling fan offering a maximum flowrate of 500 LPM and minimum leak dectection down to 0.025 LPM (1 g/hr). This is a significant increase in maximum leak rate detection compared to other available devices. Our suite of sensors includes a state of the art Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) device and is tuned specifically to methane, eliminating interferences from other gases present in up-, mid-, and downstream oil and gas operations. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) is user configurable and continuous, with all data stored on-board the device. SEMTECH® HI-FLOW 3 has been designed to meet ATEX / IECEx requirements for typical Zone 1 methane environments.
